About Executive Education
The Executive Education Center originated in Ann Arbor, MI, USA in 1935 and by the 1940's was offering an array of courses, workshops, and conferences with an overwhelming response from corporations. Today, the Center offers approximately 30 different public program offerings and a variety of custom programs annually serving over 4,000 business executives around the world. Since the early 90's we have had a presence in Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Barcelona. We deliver programs globally, wherever our corporate clients request.
Purpose
You will coordinate the logistical details of Executive Education programs/events and provide on-site support to faculty and participants. The primary goals are to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction while contributing to team goals and meeting quality standards. You will contribute to our positive and inclusive work community by building trusting partnerships across the school, learning, creating impactful experiences, and working for outcomes. You will report to the Director of Corporate Learning.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with program faculty/speakers regarding program materials and logistic requirements in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- You will create deadlines for pre-reads, program materials, and events.
- You will track of a variety of programs in different phases of readiness.
- You will ensure that the classroom space, audio-visual equipment, and other faculty-specific needs are functioning well and in place for each program.
- You will work with internal/external vendors to obtain program materials and services.
- You will assess quality of all logistical details performed by vendors and internal units and correct any elements that are not up to standard.
- You will provide on-site support to ensure the success of program delivery.
- You will participate in projects relevant to the promotion and improvement of Executive Education/Ross School of Business including special project assignments.
- You will promote the portfolio/certificate options and other services.
- You will pass on leads for additional business opportunities to Professional Development, Business Development and Portfolio Managers.
- You will communicate with program management on program materials, logistics planning, Visa needs and delivery including development of content.
- You will be a liaison to the faculty and maintain relationships.
- You will provide relevant participant feedback on the content to program management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and three or more years of professional experience coordinating programs and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience are necessary.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to set priorities, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Work well with executives, faculty, staff, and students.
- Convey information for executives, faculty, staff, and students.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in web maintenance
- Service oriented and able work independent or on a team.

Salary Information:
The general salary range for this position is $46,000 - $52,000. You can expect to be paid a competitive and equitable salary. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process.
